What forms of payment do you accept?

How will I know when my order has shipped?

A shipping confirmation is emailed as soon as your purchase has been shipped, this email will contain your tracking number.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, what do I do?

Please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 1-2 business days, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@curlcaviar.com.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically within the United States (including all U.S. territories) & internationally to Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

United States:

  • Standard Shipping - $6.95
  • Express Shipping - $13.95 (This option is only available for the contiguous 48 states & District of Columbia.)

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping - $10.95
  • Express Shipping - $24.95
  • Please note: We are not responsible for any Customs & Duties fees. These fees must be paid by the buyer.

United Kingdom:

  • Economy Shipping - $14.95
  • Standard Shipping - $19.95
  • Express Shipping - $29.95
  • Please note: We are not responsible for any VAT or other Customs & Duties fees. These fees must be paid by the buyer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time is dependent on the type of shipping selected at checkout. The timeframes for shipping are as follows:

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 6-11 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

United Kingdom:

  • Economy Shipping: 8-12 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping: 4-10 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Curl Caviar accepts returns on merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be returned unused and unopened with the shrink wrap still attached.

Curl Caviar reserves the right to reject any return which does not follow the guidelines mentioned above. Any item rejected for not following the return guidelines will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Important Notes:

  • Unfortunately, items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be issued back to the original tender used to make the purchase.

How can I return my item(s)?

Please see the below instructions for returning an item:

  • Customers who wish to make a return must visit our Returns Center to request an RMA number.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a return address.
  • Securely pack all of the merchandise you would like to return in a box, ensure to include a copy of your invoice.
  • Drop the package off at the courier of your choice. Please Note: The cost of return shipping will be at your own expense.
  • Once we have received and processed your return, an email notification will be generated.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we have received and processed your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect back onto your account.

It's been over 7 business days and I never received my refund, what do I do?

If you haven’t received a refund after 5-7 business days, please follow the below steps:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Next, contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@curlcaviar.com. Ensure to include you order number in the email.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

PRICING

Do you offer price adjustments?

We are more than happy to honor a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full-price within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in stock at the time of the price adjustment. We are unable to honor a price adjustment on items purchased on a special discounted promotion or on final sale.
